Mendum’s “Letting Go” featuring Lisza embodies the emotional journey of going through big changes, from the initial sketch to the soft atmospheric intro, to the powerful melodic dubstep representing the freedom of letting go. The harder dubstep part symbolizes the struggles and uncertainty of the process, while the soft mid-part represents a state of in-between. The final minutes combine both the melodic and dubstep elements to represent the coexistence of struggle and happiness.
